On the form, your name, email address and acceptance of the Privacy Policy are required; all other fields are optional. We can't respond to your inquiry without the required data.

Data processed: the contact person's name, email address and phone number, and billing details (name or company name, address, tax number).
Purpose: delivering the ordered service, staying in touch, invoicing.

2.4. Spam protection on the form and the login
The form and the website's admin login are protected against automated (bot) submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. To do this, Cloudflare checks technical data from your browser (such as IP address and browser type).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the form from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention: for a short period, in line with Cloudflare's own data processing rules.
2.5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary for the website to work (for example, to remember your cookie settings) on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Statistics: we only use Google Analytics 4 cookies if you have consented to the Statistics category in the cookie banner (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We use statistical data in aggregate, without identifying visitors, to improve the website.
Marketing: we only use Google Ads cookies if you have consented to the Marketing category (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). They let us measure how many quote requests come from our ads (conversion tracking), and based on them Google may show relevant ads to people who have visited us before (remarketing).
Google Tag Manager: statistics and marketing cookies are managed by Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager loads even before you give consent, so it can pass your choice on to Google's services (Google Consent Mode). At that point it doesn't measure anything or set cookies, but when it loads, your browser's IP address and technical data reach Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the technical implementation of consent management (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You can find the list of cookies we use, their purpose and duration in our Cookie Policy .

Retention: according to the hosting provider's log retention period, typically a few weeks.
